Gentell Fastcare is a wound documentation system that helps ensure the best possible healing rates from our products. Timely, accurate and complete documentation is essential to effective treatment of wounds because it clearly communicates the information needed to make treatment decisions, such as diagnoses, underlying conditions, plan of care, and prior treatments.

The Challenge
Gentell needed a robust, compliant wound-documentation system that could scale across long-term care facilities, enable efficient product ordering, and produce facility-wide reporting (e.g., QAPI, PUSH, trend logs). They also needed a secure, easy-to-use platform that supports imaging, regulatory compliance (F-314, HIPAA), and real-time clinical insights.
Our Solution
Topaz Group built Gentell’s Fastcare platform from the ground up — a mobile-first, tablet-enabled EHR system that handles weekly wound evaluations, encrypted data sync, and secure cloud storage. We integrated order management with Gentell’s product catalog and enabled wound-imaging workflows tied to remote clinician consultations. On the backend, we built reporting (QAPI, trend, facility) and analytics tools, while ensuring full regulatory compliance for wound documentation, privacy, and data usage.
